Images from recent walks - Part 2

Images taken from a recent walk around Startops End, Marsworth and Tringford Reservoirs in Buckinghamshire.

A group of Long-tailed Tits were busily chatting to each other as they moved through the treetops

A Canada Goose came over to check me out !

And a Cormorant was perched high in the trees surveying his patch.

And the stars of the day, a pair of Red Crested Pochard, putting on a super display for the camera.

The Male

And the Female

And a bit of showing off !
'breast stroke'

'back stroke'

"and I can be a speedboat"

And finally a 'Mallard' of dubious heritage!

Those Red Crested Pochard shots are superb Trevor.
That male certainly posed for you; they're excellent. Such a beautiful duck.

Thanks Keith. Yeh they are a very showy duck.

They were quite happy with my presence and just got on and did their thing.

As you can imagine the camera was working overtime. lol.
